This is NOT a weight loss plan. However, a series of treatments with this laser can improve sagging skin, reduce cellulite and even diminish stubborn, fatty areas of the body such as the back of the arms and “love handles”.

How Does Skin Tightening, Body Contouring, and Cellulite Reduction Work?
The Alma Accent Prime combines ultrasound and radiofrequency energy in a single state-of-the-art treatment. During the treatment, ultrasound waves and RF energy travel deep within the skin. The heat from these energies breaks down excess fat into fatty acids and glycerol. Fatty acids and glycerol are then converted into stored energy for the body to eventually use after treatment. Aside from eliminating excess fat, the heat from ultrasound and RF energy also stimulates collagen production. Increased collagen production tightens sagging skin, giving it a firmer and more youthful appearance. These processes can be used to address frustrating cellulite. Cellulite occurs when tight collagen fibers pull down on the skin and constrict fatty tissue. The laser treatment melts this fatty tissue. For best results, it is recommended to undergo 6 sessions, with a 2-week interval between each session.

Dr. Peter Kreymerman (he goes by "Dr. K") was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied medicine at the University of Cincinnati. After completing his Medical Doctorate he moved back to Cleveland to pursue his general and plastic surgery residencies at the world famous Cleveland Clinic.

She is one of the only thread lift Providers in the Triangle Area, and is a Master Trained injector for Botox and Juvederm. In addition, Jessica has attended over 100 additional training classes, conferences, and symposiums. She and has advanced certifications in facial anatomy, threads, toxins and fillers. Jessica loves what she does, and is passionate about delivering the best results and outcomes for her clients.

She has attended numerous trainings such as advanced injection skills, facial anatomy, as well as aesthetic symposiums and conferences. One of Valerie's best traits is her eye for detail and gentle touch while injecting.

Taylor is a Certified Physician Assistant with a background in Family Medicine. She has a passion for dermatology, wellness, and aesthetics. Born and raised in NY, she gained her Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She moved to NC in 2022 and has really enjoyed being closer to the Outer Banks. She is devoted to helping people feel healthy and beautiful on the inside and out.
