Meet the Team
Dr. Peter Kreymerman MD, FACS
Medical Director
Dr. Peter Kreymerman (he goes by “Dr. K”) was raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied medicine at the University of Cincinnati. After completing his Medical Doctorate he moved back to Cleveland to pursue his general and plastic surgery residencies at the world-famous Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Kreymerman was recruited to the Mayo Clinic in Arizona where he became a tenured consultant and assistant professor; performing complex operations, teaching residents & medical students, and leading clinical research. He was twice recognized as a Mayo Scholar. He expanded his skill-set in complex breast surgery, advanced facial aesthetics, and in oculoplastics. More recently Dr. Kreymerman relocated to Cary, NC with his wife and two children. He has quickly built a reputation as someone who provides excellent outcomes, has a strong aesthetic eye, and truly cares for his patients. He continues to educate future doctors and has an appointed position as an assistant professor of plastic surgery at Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a board certified plastic surgeon, a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeon, and a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He has published numerous journals, chapters, is frequently asked to speak at conferences, and enjoys what he does.
Jessica Clifford
MSN, BSN, RN, FNP-C, aesthetic Injector
Jessica is an aesthetic nurse specialist with over 10 years of injectables experience. She is one of the only thread lift providers in the Triangle Area, and is a Master Trained injector for Botox and Juvederm. In addition, Jessica has attended over 100 additional training classes, conferences, and symposiums. She has advanced certifications in facial anatomy, threads, toxins and fillers. Jessica loves what she does, and is passionate about delivering the best results and outcomes for her clients.
Taylor Hettinger
PA-C, Medical Provider
Taylor is a Certified Physician Assistant with a background in Family Medicine. She has a passion for dermatology, wellness, and aesthetics. Born and raised in NY, she gained her Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, NY. She moved to NC in 2022 and has really enjoyed being closer to the Outer Banks. She is devoted to helping people feel healthy and beautiful on the inside and out.
Kathy
Aesthetic Assistant
Kathy has lived in Holly Springs for the past 18 years with her husband and four children. She has been in customer service business ever since she was 16 years old, and enjoys helping people, making them feel appreciated, and at ease. When not at work you will find Kathy out and about hiking with her Siberian Husky, kayaking, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family.

Nina
Licensed Aesthetician, Medical Assistant
Nina has been in the aesthetics industry for 20 years and has 17 years of laser experience. She is laser certified by Alma, Sciton, and Benev. Nina is passionate about microneedling, lasers, educating clients, and creating customized treatments for her clients. She takes pride in her attention to detail, ensuring she delivers optimum results for her clients.
Donielle
Licensed Aesthetician, Medical Assistant
Donielle brings over 18 years of experience in aesthetics and skin care. She is trained and certified by the National Laser Institute and holds additional laser certifications from Alma and Sciton. She has a deep passion for her clients and helping them achieve their skin care goals through treatment plans and skin care regimens.
Rachel
Operations and Client Relations Manager
Originally from Georgia. Rachel moved to North Carolina in 2010 to be closer to family. Rachel has over 2 decades of customer service experience that she brings to our practice. Her love for people and skin care makes working at Thrive Skin + Wellness the perfect fit. Rachel is here to help guide you through your client experience with us.
Amy
Customer Service
Amy is a Colorado native but has called NC home since 2000. She comes to us with a background in exercise science and over 20 years of customer service in the fitness, health and wellness industry. She has a passion to help others look and feel their best in order to experience the highest quality of life available to them. In her spare time she enjoys recharging by spending time reading on the porch, writing, yoga and hiking.
Tara
Customer Experience
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Tara moved to North Carolina in 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSSW) and began her career as a flight attendant before spending more than 20 years as a gymnastics coach. For the past 10 years, she has worked in the employee benefits industry, supporting workplace benefit programs and delivering outstanding customer service.
Tara has always enjoyed working with people and helping others. She is passionate about creating a welcoming experience and making sure every patient feels comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of work, Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, working out, skiing, being an advocate for teenage addiction and volunteering in her community.

Practice Manager
Originally from New England, Julie moved to NC in 2012 to be closer to family. She spent 25 years in corporate retail, starting her career in cosmetics and skin care. She returned to the industry as a licensed esthetician and now enjoys the role of Practice Manager. Julie is passionate about the aesthetics field and helping all clients feel confident in their skin.
Lee
Customer Experience
Lee originally came to Raleigh to attend NC State and has been a proud Wake County resident ever since. He has been involved with Thrive on the administrative side since the company’s beginnings back in 2013. Now part of the Customer Experience team, Lee is excited to make more direct connections with our clients and community. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and attending music concerts.
