Service Policies

All patients under the age of 18 require accompaniment by a parent or guardian before services can be rendered. If you are pregnant or believe you may be, please inform us when you schedule your appointment and again when you arrive at our office. Thrive Skin + Wellness accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Care Credit.

All prices, policies, and services are subject to change. In order to provide a relaxing experience for you and others, we ask that you mute cell phones upon arrival at our office.


All appointments require a $75 reservation fee to schedule, which will be applied towards your service. On the day of your appointment, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes early to fill out required paperwork. Every effort will be made to accommodate you, should you arrive after your scheduled appointment time; however, previously scheduled appointments will take precedence.


We ask that our clients notify us of cancellation 24 hours prior to their scheduled service. This cancellation notice is necessary in order to allow opportunities to reschedule that opening. If you call to cancel or reschedule an appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be assessed a $75 fee.

Prescription Refills

Please call our office at (919) 557-6400 during regular office hours for refills; you will be asked to leave a message with Nurse Triage. Calls will be returned by the end of the next business day.

Financial Policy

All medical appointments are self pay, and we do not accept commercial insurance. All medical, cosmetic, and aesthetic appointments require a credit card to hold the appointment as well as a $75 reservation fee. The reservation fee will be applied towards your service. Our consultations are $75, and this will be applied to your first treatment. All pre-paid services and series will remain on a client’s account for 18 months after purchase, after which time the services will be forfeited and deleted from the client’s account.
